GenZales Technology Private Limited provides specialized engineering and marketing services under signed commercial agreements:

• AI Automation: Autonomous AI agents, RAG vector search knowledge engines, customer support chatbots, and workflow automation.
• Digital Marketing (7Stars Media Labs): Full-funnel SEO, Google Search PPC, Meta ads, corporate branding, social media growth, and content production.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full contractual payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom software deliverables, creative assets, and codebases authored specifically for their project. GenZales Technology retains ownership of pre-existing core frameworks, proprietary algorithms, and general software components.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including transmitting viruses, attempting unauthorized access to server infrastructure, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenZales Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party API service interruptions, or force majeure events.
